IGM analysis inter and intramolecular 2D and 3D plots and isosurfaces
Dear Sir,
Is there any way to plot the 2D/3D plots to be shown in one single figure (with distinct color inter and intramolecular interaction)

I don't well understand your meaning. Perhaps you should manually use powerpoint/photoshop to combine scatter map and isosurface map as a single map.
