A very short question in VMD

Dear Tian,
If possible, please let me know how can the "Transparent" sensitivity (Transparency) of the "Material" menu in VMD be increased or decreased?

In advance, please accept my highest apology for taking your valuable time, my nice friend.

Sincerely yours,
Saeed

Re: A very short question in VMD

This problem is irrelevant to Multiwfn and wavefunction analysis, I moved this threat to Quantum Chemistry board.

Re: A very short question in VMD

I don't understand your representation. Each bulit-in material in VMD has many components, such as Opacity, Diffuse, Ambient, and so on. You can tune components of each material in Graphics - Materials...

Re: A very short question in VMD

Dear Tian,

Many many thanks; your mean was completely understood. Now, I can change "opacity" to a desirable value.

Sincerely,
Saeed
