Please set

CP_RGB_2D= 0.7,0.4,0.1, 0,0,1, 1,0.5,0, 0,1,0

in settings.ini and redraw the map. I forgot to recover the values to default values before releasing last update of Multiwfn.

But I don't understand what the yellow points are representing.

I didn't change any default color definition.
