			<description><![CDATA[<p>6-31G** is only formally defined for the elements in the first four rows, it cannot be employed for Cs, this is why Gaussian crashes.<br />I highly recommend to use def2 series of basis set, it cover all elements from H to Rn.</p>]]></description>
